Class and Rank: Spartan 3, Master Sergeant/ Mercenary ( After the Human-Covenant war)

Bio: Vera was  born on the planet Earth in 2535. At the age of seven her parents were killed in a car accident involving a drunk driver, resulting in severe injury to her and loss of her memory. After awakening seven days later in the hospital, an agent from the Spartan Three program was there to greet her. ( Due in part to Colonel Ackerson's "Need for more spartans") She was told that she was the only survivor of an unfortunate UNSC Freighter, and offered the chance to join the S-III Program. Due to her loss of memory, with no recollection of her past life, she believed the false story and accepted.  After training, Ackerson used her as somewhat of a pet, often sending her on Black Ops mission behind Enemy lines, be they Covenant or Rebel.  This resulted in the loss of entire battalions of soldiers, on more than one occasion. When the Covenant attacked Reach, she was sent there to help a company of ODST's ( Razor Company for their often brash and unusual tactics, normally resulting in astounding Covenant losses)  defend and hold a key beach head. Eventually the area was deemed to hot to hold, and evac to the nearest UNSC ship was sent to get them safely from the battle zone.  After boarding the UNSC Solstice and a brief skirmish with a Covenant Capitol ship resulting in a malfunctioning slip-space drive, Vera and the Company of ODST's successfully made it off Reach, and, after initiating the Cole Protocol, made the jump to slip-space. But due to the malfunctioning slip-space drive, the ship dropped out of hyperspace before reaching the random jump point. After a temporary repair was made, the ship made the required number of slip-space jumps to reach the Sol system. At the edge of the Sol System, the ship again dropped out of Slip-space due to complications with the repair made to the drive. Traveling at under half power, the UNSC Solstice eventually made it to Earth.. Too late to see the separation of the Sangheili from the Covenant alliance, and the subsequent end of the Human-Covenant war. 

A few years later, along with the entirety of Razor Company and the UNSC Solstice, Vera became a Mercenary for hire, often providing her or her soldier's services to the L.A.C.
